TDS on Security Service Invoice : Presently we are deducting TDS on Total Invoice amount 27300=00.
Basic 24,750=0 + 10% S.Tax + 2% Edu.Cess + 1% S & H.S.Edu.cess.
Please advice is this correct & quote Ref.

TDS u/s 194C - deduct if Rs. 30,000/- for each contract or Rs. 75,000/- in aggregate during a financial year.
Calculation is correct, though.

u/s 194c TDS to be deducted on full value i.e. including service tax.
