TDS DEDUCTION MATTER

I  am in Account Section working With Shares & Stock Concern.

My querry is if  Subbrokerage received from Main Broker then whether TDS will be deducted on that Income

Because as far as my knowledger, service Tax will be applicable on the same. But TDS on Subbrokerage, i

want clerification
