03 July 2010Can any body help me if a company received a bill for the previous month expenses which is tax deductible. When the company has to deduct TDS if the company is creating Provision for MIS purpose? And if the MIS provision is exact amount of the bill and an approx amount. Then in both cases wen the company has to deduct TDS.

TDS has to be dedcuted on cerdit or on payment whichever is earlier.

TDS should be deducted on accrual / payment whichever is earlier
