If Invoice date Feb'20 but TDS Deducted in August 2020 & Party payment in same Month.
we liable to Pay Interest on TDS ????
TDS is to be deducted on 1. Date of bill received or 2. Date of payment, whichever is earlier.
As TDS was not deposited on or before 7th March, interest is payable.
