I have to deducted Tds on rent of building (use for factory)Month of march'20 in july'20 what will be TDS rate 10% or 7.5%

Tds @ 10% because reduction given U/s 194 I(b) not in 194 I(a)

I think deduction also given in 194 I(b) immovable property pls check and reply what tds we will deduct of march'20 bill 10% or 7.5%

If ur rent payment exceeds 50000p.m than U/s 194ib otherwise ur rent payment yearly more than 240000 than194ia @ 10%
