We are getting some raw material from Kolkatta and chennai thru rail. From railway station it transported by M/s Shree Balaji Services to our factory in Delhi NCR. Payment is made by our company employee this agency.
Now Empolyee is claiming cost incurred with supporting documents provided by Shree Balaji Services.
Please let me know what will be the treatment for TDS and Service Tax in this case.

The Question relates to Transporter's Services.
If Transporter quotes his PAN Number, then there is no need to deduct any TDS.
An employee of the Company incurs expenditure for the above transportation services. and company reimburses to Employee.
The above reimbursement of expenses is not the income of Employee and hence there will not be any deduction of TDS.
