Tds deducted without Pan

My friend's salarised person, whose company deduct tds for month April @ 20% due to incorrect pan No. Then he correct it. later on tds is deducting as per the rules. His total income afetr chapter iv A deduction is Rs300000. No other income.


(1)Does he get tax refund as per the new notification

(2)what are the procedures for correcting the tds of april

2) ask the company to mention the correct the PAN in tds return 

Yes tell company to revise the return  with correct PAN no so that while filing return your freind get refund

and furthur ask the co. not to deduct this high amt. of TDS (i.e 10%, normal)...

As this is TDS on salary... which is 3,00,000 , ask the co. to deduct TDS around 15,000 (or less than 15,000)

Hello to all

Yes, assesse can eligible for  refund when he provides the PAN details to the Employer and mention the same on filing revised return againest the previous return.
