My friend's father income from government pension and he has business income also in which TDs deducted under section 194H. We just want to know which itr form to be file and which nature of business code to be enter while filing the return.

From the facts given ITR-3 is applicable. Insteaf If you are wishing to opt for presumptive taxation ITR-4 will be applicable.
