If your tax payable below Rs.
You can reduce it from your Total Tax Liability while filing your ITR for the AY 2020-21.
If your tax payable is Zero, you can apply for refund of TDS after filing of ITR
If Tax payable is less than 2000 you will get refund else it will be set off from the tax liab
