Please let me about TDS deduct on Rental Value or rental value with service tax
I paid monthly rent of 100000/- + 10300/-(service tax @ 10.3%) total is 110300/-
my liability to deduct the TDS on 100000/- or 110300/-
pls advise me

Circular No. 4/2008 dated 28/4/2008 states that TDS u/s 194I would be required to be made on the amount of rent paid without including service tax.
