Tds provisions are not applicable to party,but i bymistakely deducted his tds. Can i reverse it in the next month on the grounds that tds provisons are not applicable to him?? Or i need to make payment compulsory since i deducted
his tds??

You can revise the TDS Return.

I have deducted tds for the month of June.. But failed to pay it in July nd payment still pending
