Dear Experts,
we have provide service support to srilankan company which is having registered office and factory in Srilanka, they don't have any business place in India.
they deducted 10%Tds under head of fees for technical service.
can we claim / refund this amount under income tax act of India

First thing, the amount of TDS deducted has to be deposited and secondly whether the PAN quoted is correct?
obtain tax credit certificate from the srilankan company and then claim FTC as per relief u/s 91 at the time of filling the ROI.
also check if dtaa exists b/w india and srilanka and if yes, then see what dtaa says in case of such income.
