Tds deduct % rate in hired vehicles

Hi to all , 

Pls gide to me deduct the TDS on hire charges on passenger vehicles, company give the work order excluding disel cost in this case i m deduct the  TDS whole amount are deduct only cost of Hire charges rate .

Exm: part rase the bill for Rs 100 for hre charges and Rs 10/- diesel cost in this case i m deduct TDS on amount Rs 110/- or Rs 100/-

please give the soluation ...
