if Employee salary annually 6 lakh
but they use deduction limit 1.50 lakh than mandatory to deduct Tds on Salary. if yes than what rate I deduct.

Not required for salary category since income falls below 5lacs (6lacs-1.5=4.5lacs), the tax payer is eligible for rebate u/s 87A.

Hence tds deduction is not mandatory in this case
