TDS conso file status is still submitted after 2 days

I have submitted request for downloading TDS conso file for filing revised TDS return on 19th Dec, 2019. But as on today also it is showing status as submitted. I have filed original return in paper mode and also i have filed revised return also in paper return. Now i have received notice in interest default in tds revised return for 2018-19 q4 - 26Q.
