what is to checked to audit the TDS complainces of a company other than the rates,amount deposited & due dates complainces.

Dear Friend, Firstly see what Accounting treatment is going with respect to each transaction liable for TDS. Check all expenses transactions also to see all transactions those shuld be covered for TDS is covered. Study all the agreements to understand the nature of transactions. In my opinion these checks should be adopted before checking TDS rates, timely deposit of TDS etc. Offcourse, the rest things that you have mentioned is equially important in Audit of TDS requirement.
