Tds column in itr 3

Dear sir

New ITR 3 released on 26/07/2017 by IT Department.In that ITR, TDS ( for Form 16A) column was not containing the FY 2016, ie., 2016-17. (We cannot fill the column but using the select mode). It contains only FY upto 2015

How can I enter.the financial year 2016 in that by using selection mode,which is not there , to enter the TDS for FY2016-17?
