Tds claiming as refund

Dears, Long time to look/recall IncomeTaxation rules. Thanks in advance for your help on below query.

Tax returns not filed for AY 2013-14 and 2014-15 and ofcourse 2015-16. Its NIL tax returns except TDS collected by Banks on FD. So, if those returns filed along with 2015-16 return, will they be refunded?

If not, the ITR forms have an option to mention TDS not claimed [ie C/f and B/f]. Can I file nil returns for AY 2013-14 and 2014-15 and claim the all those three years' TDS in AY 2015-16.

Please let me know if any furhter inputs required

thanks Sri

U can file the nil returns of the last three years and can claim the TDS duducted on the FD's.

u need to claim the TDS each year saperatley in the respactive year return. you cannot claim the three year TDS in a single year.

For AY 2013-14 last date for filing return was 31st March 2015. You cannot file the return for AY 13-14. Rest you can file and claim refund.
