Tds claim in itr2

Dear Learned friends,

Kindly clarify me on the following: In ITR2 (AY2019-20) under TDS 22 C(1) there is a provision for self and other person, can I claim TDS deducted in wife's income as clubbing her income into my income and claim TDS as other person in column 8;

Also can I claim previous year's TDS as unclaimed TDS brought forward in column 4 as other person being my wife
