how can I claim refund for Tax deducted in AY 15-16, 16-17 etc while furnishing itr 4 in current AY

You can't claim previous year TDS in current FY except any c/f...

But,
You can try to file AY 15-16 and 16-17 ITR with Condonation delay request to Jurisdictionall CIT...

I have different opinion, if you forget to claim tds in earlier years and not able to file returns of those years due to time barred and offered income in returns of respective years, you can claim tds of those earlier years in cy return by selecting particular AY in tds column.
I have done this, and got refund too.

It's not better without rules... May be filed with anything in correct way then no problem in future.

Mr Bhavik - Iam struggling to get my refund of AY 2016-17. In AY 2015-16 I have carried forward and B/F in AY 2016-17. Still due to wrong programing or whatever computer is not able to take een if you put proper AY.
