I claimed my TDS up to 3rd quarter. Can I able to claim TDS 4th quarter again??? and when???

You can claim by filing revised ITR.
You can claim it by filing revised return.....
now you can't file revised return for either a.y. 2016-17 or a.y. 2017-18. instead you can file rectification under sec 154
