IF IN THE LAST YEAR THERE IS SKIPED SOME OF THE TDS CLAIM IN THE RETURN, CAN I CLAIM IN THE CURRENT YEARS RETURN? PLS NOTE THAT I HAVE ALREADY SHOWN THE INCOME INRESPECT OF TDS IN LAST YEAR ONLY.

TDS can be adjusted with in a F.Y. only........u cannt carry forward the account of TDS payable or receivable

MEANS THAT ACCORDING TO U, TDS CLAIM I HAVE TO FORGOT EVEN IF TAXPAYER LEGALY WAS ELIGIBLE.
