In new RPU 3.8, Can we adjust one section challan amount in other section, i.e. challan amount of 192 can be adjust in 194 or 193.
Please clarify.

Yes Its Allowed..........Even Interest Amount Can Be Used As TDS.
As You Can See. Now Deductee Sheet Has Section Code And Challan Sheet.

With Effect From 01.07.2013 fvu 3.8 Was Applicable In Which Section Code Was Removed From Challan Sheet And Shifted To Deductee Sheet.
So Thats What Supports My Answers...Moreover Its My Personal Experience.

Dear Ajay,
can I pay one challan for 1,00,000/- of 194C in a month and utilise for all other section or it is only for rare case where we pay wrongly excess challan amount.

Although Technically Correct....But Logically Intentional Wrong Is Never A Good Idea.
Assume A Case In Which You Have To Appear In Front Of A.O And He Asks Explaination For The Same.
So Better Deposit In Correct Heads.........
