BUT 07/10/2007 IS SUNDAY & NEXT 08/10/2007 IS MONDAY CHALLA DEPOSIT,
INCOME TAX ACT MEANING IS NEXT DAY DEPOSIT IF DUE DATE IS GOVT. HOLIDAYS
PLS WRITE , INCOME TAX DEPT. IS CORRECT DEMAND OR NOT

You have to inform that the as per Income Tax Act, due date will go to next day if the last day is Government holiday and Sunday not alone Govt holiday.
