An employee withdrawal PF without updating the PAN in the UAN login. PF department deducted TDS @ 34.60%, now assesse would like to file the returns and to get the refund for the TDS amount deducted.
Please help me, from whom and where we can get the TDS certificate.

Unless PAN of employee gets updated with PF trust, the deductor cannot upload the TDS amount to the credit of the employee. Once that formality is complete, the amount will automatically get reflected in Form 26AS.

Sir,
To my understanding, If that individual updates the PAN now in UAN then PF department generates the tds certificate on the employee?
So that an Individual can view it in 26AS. Am I right sir?

Yes, but TDS return has to be revised (for PAN) by deductor ( i.e. PF department); for that the matter has to be followed up !!!
