For AY 2008-09 an aseesee has forgotten to claim TDS Certificate inthe Return filed ondue date. Is there any remedy available?
Whether ha can claim these TDS in the Return of AY 2010-11?

The Only remedy available is "REVISED RETURN" and that too before 31st March 2010. Otherwise no claim of TDS can be adjusted in any other year
