I want to know that Can a Company can issue the TDS certificates in the old format atleast for this year as for financial year 10-11 a new format has been circulted . Pls reply.

Hi,
Old format is not applicable now.So you have to make TDS Certificate in a new format.Following is the link where you can get the format of new TDS Certificate.
