Bank has deducted tds in the F.Y 2015-16 but an Individual has not filled his IT Return and Tds has remains unclaimed.
So, can he now file the return of Current Fin Yr i.e 2018-19 and can claim the unclaimed TDS of F.Y 2015-16 ??
