The assessee, a senior citizen, passed away recently. She received one interest payment in April 2015 (FY 2015-16/ Ay 2016-17) on which TDS was levied. When can her son file the ITR to claim the refund of the TDS and what is the procedure ? Your valuable advice would be much appreciated.
