dear experts,
will anyone please tell me the procedure to be followed for deduction of tax at lower rates???? What documents i have to submit for the same???
Its urgent.

File form 13. The file can be downloaded from here

Submit the form along with copy of last three years IT acknowledgement.

yup...aplly to the A.O in form 13....he will give u the required certificate if satisfied.........then ur tax will be deducted at a lower rate or not deducted at all..........
