Dear All,

Can anyone Suggest me I have Mentioned Wrong Assessment Year at the time of making the Online Payment, I have mentioned the AY 2014-15 instead of AY 2013-14. I have given the Correction Letter for Concern TDS AO.

kindly solve my below mentioned queries:-

1) How many days taken the TDS AO for change the Assessment Year in OLTAS Challans?

2) How to know the status of Correction Letter?

If it was paid manually & if there was any error & known latter on in that case there is a procedure in a bank they do rectify the same after charging nominal fees & an application on letter head. But u inquire whether same can be done for online payment or not.
