There are many sections of TDS which is apply on basis of transaction nature.

Section 194J will applicable when you will take any Professional Services.

According to 194J - If you are paying 30,000/- or more in a financial year then you have to charge 10% TDS.

Section 194C will applicable when you will take any services as contract.

According to 194C - If you are paying 30,000/- or more (Single Invoice) or 1,00,000/- (In a financial year) then you have to charge 1% TDS (In case of Individual/HUF) or 2% (Other than Individual/HUF).

If we not deducted TDS on first 30,000/- and have deducted after that invoices, shall we deduct with retrospective on all amount or for next invoice only??
