i am a tour operator as a pvt ltd company i am booking hotel room for guest with hotel for some other tour operator who in turn make the payment and deduction 2 % tds
my question is how far this is correct

it's a type of sub contractor and TDS wud be applicable under 194C
TDS on such transactions is applicable under 194C subject to limit conditions
