Tds applicability on vendor for name plates

Dear All,

We have a vendor making the name plates for office.

Should we deduct TDS on this payment ?

My View - Yes, Under Sec 194 C.. as the name plates specifically will have individual employee name and cannot be used further. So Basically this a job work based on specifications given by a company.

Please confirm.
