Tds applicability on purchase of shares
Is there any TDS applicability in case of purchase of shares from Non-Resident. Buyer is a Domestic Company.

The non resident may get Either Capital Gain or loss... TDS will be applicable under sec 195... for the determinatio of rate of TDS an application can be made for certificate under 197 from the income tax authority...
