TDS is not applicable on membership fees as it is the contribution done by the member to their institute to perform the mutual benefit activities.

As an individual, you are not required to deduct TDS

Membership fee refers to the amount of money an individual or organization pays to become a member of a particular group, organization, club, or association.
TDS is generally not applicable on membership fees.
