My question is that if an individual subscribed any service (like price updation of product) from outside india then he may be liable to deduct and pay tds thereon. if yes then waht is the rate if TDS.

Are you talking about an resident individual or not- redisdent individual of India?

@ ashish SIr An individual Who is resident and ordinary resident of india subscribe above mentioned service from outside india like china. i am talking about section 195 applicability.
