Tds applicability & change

hi,

i had a doubt whether tds will be applicable on survey expenses u/s 194j considering it as a technical expense & whether on a contract being made for 1 year (amc contract ) tds then be deducted u/s 194 c .also i wanted to know whether tds needs to be deducted on internet charges ,testing & inspection expenses .please reply .............
