Provisions: 1. Individuals and HUF having no tax audit liability in immediate preceeding year are exempted in certain cases.....
i.e. for TDS u/s 194A,194C, 194H, 194I, 194J........
Some more exemptions as notified from time to time like........Circular/Circular_18_2017
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
