WHETHER TDS IS APPLICABLE ON MONTHLY TELEPHONE CHARGES PAYABLE TO MTNL/BSNL?
1) IF YES, THAN UNDER WHICH SECTION & WHAT IS THE TAX RATE.
2) IF NO, THAN PLEASE EXPLAIN IN BRIEF & ALSO GIVE CASE LAWS/JUDGEMENTS.
