Tds and self assessment tax
I deposited self assessment tax for AY 15 16 while uploading I found there is TDS by bank on FD in the same AY year, now can I claim refund of TDS becauze actual tax liability is paid by self assessment tax ?

yes sure. it goes like this
Total tax payable (on your total income) Minus total tax paid (TDS + Self assessment tax + Advance Tax)
Total tax payable (on your total income) Minus total tax paid (TDS + Self assessment tax + Advance Tax)
Ofcourse sir you will get the refund after adjusting your tax liability from tds and self assessment tax paid, whatever the excess amount remains will be refunded to you after processing of return filed by you.
