I have alredy deposited TDS for Q2 for FY 2014-15. But I have received a mail from TDSCPC that Ihave not filed the return.
What should I do? (I filed TDS using CompuTds)

just send them copy of acknowledgment along with the mail u r receiving and request them to update themself....!!
Hello.
If you filed the return then just mail them a scanned copy of Acknowledgment & Challan. They will verify the same and not send a mail again.
