if we are liable to pay someone after deduct tds but by mistake we paid
full amount and also deposit tds on behalf them... means on 100000 we have to deduct 1000 and paid 99000 but we paid 100000 and take bill of 100000 so how do we adjust that tds which we deposited.

only solution is You can ask him to pay back excess Amount or Adjust Excess amount with Next billing

Yes you can Raised Debit or Credit note as Case may be.
