We have wrongly deducted TDS last year (Before 31-3-2010) instead of deducting 2% we deducted 10% TDS, now we making payment this year. Last year excess TDSis we deducted deposited to Bank also, now it will continue this year or Not???????

You cannot adjust last year excess TDS deduction this year TDS.
