If freight charges for Transportation From Port to Vessel at Sagar by Barges attracts TDS IF YES WHAT IS THE RATE

dear srawan
from 1st April 2010 their is no TDS on transporter in they have a valid PAN number, but if they dont haev or they dont provide it to you then you have to deducted the tds @ 20%
so i think you dont have to deducted the TDS on transporation
