TDS

Hi,

I need your help , please anyone help me on following matter :

If ABC Ltd  is employer of Mr XYZ . Mr XYZ produce details about  his other interest income  to employer with Form No 16A(TDS). In the same case ABC Ltd has considered interest income at the time of his tax calculation. 

But can we consider TDS at the time of his tax calculation. 

What is tax treatment in such case.

Please anyone explain me.
