TDS IS NOT APPLICABLE ON PURCHASES WHETHER DOMESTIC OR IMPORTS........

i am agree with amir.because in my knowledge tds is applicable only at the time of payment of income. so no tds is applicable

TDS not applicable since transaction of purchase of machinery is not covered by any of the sections of TDS. Further to b specific its not a contract
