Hi,

ABC is a private Ltd Company. They paid Rs 30000/- to BCD as Contract receipt. BCD is Government office ( Z P ). So in such case , should ABC deduct TDS from BCD ? If yes , is PAN required for the same case.

Please anyone help me.

Dear Pankaj,

I don;t think this payment will attract TDS, because receipient is a Government Department..
