hi,

i would like to know how do i file TDS returns eletronically if we dont have 90% of the PAN......

you have to file return only if you have PAN of 90% in case of salary return, for compliance you can file return with the pan no you have,i.e. ignore them for whom you donot have PAN no. and after getting the pan no of other person you can file revised return.

Am also advising the same, whatever you having the PAN, that's information eTDS return file before the due date and when ever you collect ot got PAN file the revised return, don't wait for remaining PANs, advice to your servicers provide the correct PANs

IF PAN NO. OF PAYEE NEVER COME THAN YOU physically file the return if nsdl not accepted the return

CA bhavan i m not agree with you that if nsdl not accept th return then you can file return physically, can you tell me how these return can be file and to whom?
