tds deducted should be deposited on the due date as per prescribed under the law. but individual can claim expenses only if he deposited the tax by 31st may. for the tds of march, tax should be deposited by 31st may.

EXP. UP TO END OF FEB. ON WHICH TDS NOT DEPOSITED TILL 31.03 COULD NOT BE CLAIMED AS EXP. IT WILL BE DISALLOWED . HOWEVER IT MAY CLAIM IN THE YEAR OF PAYMENT OF TDS
